Dentrix has changed the name of their stand alone imaging product from Vipersoft to Dentrix Clarity. Vipersoft was the original name of the program when Dentrix purchased Integra Medical. Vipersoft was integrated to Dentrix as Dentrix Image. The product is the same only the name has changed. Clarity is a complete image management application which includes cosmetic imaging, digital video and digital radiography applications. Vipersoft/Clarity also has some of the best interoperability in the industry as it connects with all the major x-ray sensors and scanners.
Another change I really like! The newest versions of Dentrix Image and Calrity have finally eliminated the need for those annoying security keys. That makes it much more user friendly.
