Better than expected might be the level of quality that’s necessary to succeed.

Of course, once that becomes the standard, the expectation is reset.

This is absolutely the case in dentistry. “On time, Painless and Takes Insurance” may have been attractive to patients at one time but now it is expected. To go beyond expectations takes more. Technology is still a great way to distinguish your practice from the others and to provide a better experience for the patient.
