Paul Homily says, “Most practices grow quickly due to acquiring new clinical skills, experience, and hard work. However, after several years of growth many practices stop growing – they get stuck. Growth stalls when the complexity of your practice outgrows your ability to manage it. You get stuck.”
Paul offers some management training and a video to help get you “unstuck.”
I agree with the basic statement, “Growth stalls when the complexity of your practice outgrows your ability to manage it.” it happened to me. Technology often adds to this complexity when it is first introduced. As a result growth slows down and integration of the technology stalls.
However I strongly believe technology when it is properly implemented reduces complexity and should accelerate growth.
