Windows 7 and Dentrix

in General

I have been blogging about windows 7 which is scheduled for release in October. Microsoft which is clearly embarrassed by Vista (if they are not they should be) seems anxious to get it to market. So far the Windows 7 reviews have been good.

Dentrix has announced that they have an ongoing certification program to assure users that Dentrix will work properly with Windows 7. The certification is scheduled to be complete before the official windows 7 release date.

That’s very good news for dentists who have been wisely avoiding Vista but have stretched their old XP machines to the limit and need to upgrade.

I am very reassured that Dentrix is taking on certification. On the other hand, if you are not desperate, it is good tech protocol to wait on a major OS upgrade untill the new product has been out for at least six months.
