Win the Search Rank Race for Your Name

I frequently meet dentists at meetings or through the Internet. Often I go to Google to find out more about them, get an address etc. What would happen if you Googled your name?  (go ahead try it). The fact is that patients will be Googling your name as well. Will they find you? Will they find some other person with the same name? The Mashable article linked here has some ideas on how you can be at the top of the search. Unless your name is Mary Smith :-)

And as distinguishing your identity across the web becomes increasingly important, it has also become increasingly difficult.
