All in one review from PC Magazine

The HP Compaq 8200 Elite All-in-one PC ($1,859 direct) is a quad-core powered, large screen business desktop PC. It has an intelligent yet sedate design, good performance numbers, and would be a good fit for your space-constrained line workers who need just a bit more performance and screen room

I have never been a strong advocate for all in computers in the dental office. (note: an all in one includes the actual computer bit, the tower, as part of the monitor).  They do seem sleek and elegant and they do offer a space saving option for dentists who are having a problem fitting towers into the treatment rooms. However they are harder to place, (because the monitor/CPU combo is heavier and bulkier than a simple monitor) they are expensive and they by definition include a monitor. Chances are you already have a monitor and don’t necessarily need a new one with each new computer. Finally if one component fails the whole system fails.

On the other hand if you have a specific situation where an all in one is indicated this HP model gets good (not great) reviews.
