NO… at least not right now.
Not all major dental applications are 64 bit compliant. However even if your major PMS program like Dentrix may be 64 bit compliant it is a good bet that many of your other funtions will not be. For example printers, x-ray sensors even earlier versions of Microsoft Office may not work with 64 bit.
At this time there are no significant advantages to using 64 bit in dental applications. In the future some highly demanding applications that use 3D rendering like CBCT or CAD-CAM will be good candidates for 64 bit. In the meantime it is best to avoid 64 bit, or be prepared to replace or upgrade multiple components.
