Sorry for all the politics this week but it seems to be back in the news all over. The Atlantic article linked below has a lot of law and theory.
A lot of the bits of the machine arent working as predicted; the legal problems are only one issue. Proponents naturally think these are just growing pains, while opponents like me are inclined to be more pessimistic. Only time will tell whos right, though I must offer one telling point for the prosecution: Ive yet to see a major story showing how health care reform is working better than expected.
