The importance of reviews has only grown in the digital age, because many users consult the existing reviews of businesses and brands before ever making a purchase. In fact, consumers can form an opinion after reading just one or two.

All seven tips are useful. Number one is ask for reviews number two is monitor your reviews. Both are very good advice. I am surprised at how many dentist have negative reviews online they do not know about. It is almost a certainty they have lost perspective new patients due to poor online reviews.
