I just had a quick tutorial on another online marketing service called DoctorBase. It is linked below. The focus of DoctorBase is not neccesarily to get your practice web site high on the Google ranking but to get web surfers to a landing page that is designed to get theses potential patients to follow up with a phone call or appointment. According to the DoctorBase folks you are almost ten times more likely to get a phone call (what they call a conversion) from their special landing page than you are from a typical practice web page.
Again, online users reviews are important. As I learn more I will follow up.
