FTC Still Probing Google, Undecided About Going to Court

I am not at all sure how I feel about this.

The chairman of the Federal Trade Commission said today that the agency is “in the middle” of its investigation into Google’s business practices and has not yet decided whether to bring a case against the search giant

Google has fundamentally transformed the world, changing how we use information. In the process they have destroyed whole industries and spawned new ones. This has given Google a huge amount of power and influence. Is that a bad thing? Who do you trust, Google or the government?
