Help with Yelp

yelp-logoRemember this.. about the dentist who sued Yelp. She did not win. In fact I believe it was a mistake for her to bring suit. Not only did the law side with Yelp she brought even more attention to the negative review…even if  the Yelp review was untrue and unfair the dentist did not help her cause.

Yelp is agressively expanding. As a local business you can capture your Yelp listing and even use Yelp as a marketing tool. Yelp is not focused on professional / dental listings but it is an area they wish to move into. I believe it is far more effective to use a tool like Yelp than to fight against it.
