This is really wild. Using a low tech approach to connect with customers. This is from the American Express Forum and is a good reminder that as great as technology is and if you are as big a geek as I am, there is still a place for one on one, face to face, real person to person, you know like conversations. Weird.

take a break and do something really radical: Re-establish some personal relationships.
