Henry Schein Inc. and partner Internet Brands have completed the creation of a joint venture to create and market software for the global dental market, the companies announced Monday…

The joint venture, named Henry Schein One, incorporates Henry Schein’s practice-management software for dentists, includingDentrix and Easy Dental, with Internet Brands’ web-based programs such as Demandforce and DentalPlans.com.
