In the past Microsoft Exchange server was too much for most dental offices. However a lager group and certainly a multi location group could use Exchange server effectively. Now with e-communications becoming more important in even a typical office the use of the new exchange server might be a benefit.

Boasting unified messaging features such as speech-to-text transcription of voice mails, the production version of Exchange Server 2010 is due in the second half of this year.
