Technology alone will not make our business systems effective. If you have inadequate systems then technology will just help you do the wrong thing faster.

On the other hand using technology well can help solve some of our time-honored dental office management issues. For example the ability to communicate instantly from back to front and visa versa can help reduce the usual back office front office divide.
