I am not sure I follow all the thinking in this article. However I understand the main idea. If you are creating a social media connection for your patients what are they good at? Here is an obvious example. If you treat teenagers as an orthodontist your patient population will have different Internet experience and skill than if you treat a geriatric population with removable proth.
But there’s a basic concern we seem to often overlook: “What is the user good at?”
