Essentials for Going Paperless

Do you have or does the office use?

A Complete integrated Practice Management System?
A computer network with a server?
Computers in Treatment rooms?
Computers that are less than three years old?
Electronic Schedule?
Microsoft Office? (or an equivalent)
Digital Radiography?
Scanner?

All eight of the items above are essential. If the office answered no to any one of these items they will not be able to create digital paperless records.
