“Dental Debauch” I do not have a title, artist or date for this. However my guess is early 1800s. It is quite typical of traditional dental scene paintings. It depicts a public event, the patient in great distress, the “dentist” pulling a tooth and the audience reacting. The audience is the most interesting part. There appears to be a couple of fainting ladies. There are other elegantly dressed ladies and gentlemen on horseback. I am curious of the role of the women on the stage? The whole scene seems debauched.

Dental art is anything that depicts teeth or dentistry in an interesting or artistic way. If you have any suggestions for future Dental Art pieces please send them to me or give me a link. Thanks.
