Adam McDaniel from HSPS showed how e-services if used well interact with a typical patient experience with 19 contacts or web based interactions. These range from an e-mail reminder to checking insurance elegibility to online confirmation to e-claims with attachments to paying the bill to filling out a satisfaction survey. That’s only 7 there are 12 more.
