The linked article is interesting. It outlines how our phones get covered with germs but does not give great advice on how to clean them. Use a microfiber cloth like your glasses is the main bit of advice.

Of more interest to dentists is the need to keep phone use in treatment rooms as low as possible to reduce contamination. Don’t start passing a phone around from assistant to doctor to look at photos and don’t use your personal phone in the clinical areas.
