3 Ways Facebook is Killing Your Website

More thoughts on the Facebook vs. Website debate. If you read the article linked below¬†he makes some good points. If someone is merely grazing across the Internet then a Facebook type of experience has appeal. A static “electronic brochure” type of web page (which most dental pages are) will have less value. However I believe that an interactive page that allows users to make appointments, upgrade information, make payments and all the rest will have value.

Who killed the website? Facebook, of course.

The electronic brochure website will become less and less useful… Dentists need people to to interact with the site, and with them. A blog is an easy way to create fresh content and interaction to build trust. AND it helps search engines find your site.
