Positive online patient reviews can be a big asset to your business as they begin to play a larger role in the choice of the patient. According to Roadside Dental Marketing, 62 percent of patients use online reviews as a first step to find a new doctor. The best way to encourage patients to leave reviews is to make the process incredibly simple. Your business could send email reminders, text reminders or offer incentives, such as being entered into a drawing for a small prize. Just be sure to explain the incentive is for a review, not necessarily a positive one.
