Blogging is the ultimate new media. No longer do you need to buy ink by the gallon, invest in paper, a printing press, and lots of postage to reach a mass audience. The Internet has profoundly changed our lives and professions, especially in publishing, which is undergoing disruptive change.

What’s driving that change? Blogs.

Beginning bloggers will look at choosing a blog platform, customizing it, and generating readers. More advanced bloggers will address creating content, growing your readership, and monetizing the blog.
