More wisdom from Seth Godin:
…we have to offer a menu, we have to curate choices, we have to dream for people who don’t have the guts or time to dream for themselves.

Godin presents a very interesting insight that I had not considered before that is definitely worth reading. It is not dental or even obviously high tech, but the concept does have a dental and a dental high tech application.
As a dentist you provide, “dental health”. But what does that mean and how does a patient choose? You offer a menu that could include cleanings, diagnosis, black fillings, white fillings and tooth straightening. The menu is inspirational. Without it a patient does not know what is possible and therefore only chooses common options that provide minimum benefit.
