Another observation from the Dentrix Users meeting: Sitting in on a presentation of new features (and there are some pretty great new features) it was obvious from some of the questions that many users had no idea of what their software can do.

I see this often, a dentist or team member says, “If Dentrix could just do XXvZ” And the fact is Dentrix can do XXvZ and has been doing it for years. However the user didn’t know because they have not had training in years or even worse had spotty on the job training.

Training is the single best investment you can make to get added value from your technology investment.
