Good advice in the attached article by Dayna Johnson. What she is basically saying is that you can reduce the number of documents you need to scan by reducing the number of papers you generate or receive. For example you can either have patients fill out paper forms and then scan the forms or you can simply use paperless forms to begin with either on a tablet or online. No paper = no scanning.
