What do you mean we?

Leaders have a clear vision, they communicate that vision and inspire others to go with them. Implementing new technology oftens fails because people are not committed and opt out of the change the moment anything diffficult comes up. The post from Seth Godin below refers to this problem.

Its so easy to not be part of we, so easy to make it someone elses problem,…Successful people rarely confuse a can-do attitude with a smart plan.
