Two recent, independent studies have confirmed that the KODAK RVG 6000 Digital Radiography System, Kodak’s premier intraoral radiography solution, delivers the highest available image quality in the industry. In a comparison of digital intraoral system technology, Drs. Allan G. Farman and Taeko T. Farman of The University of Louisville evaluated 18 intraoral sensors. The RVG 6000 System captured images at a spatial resolution of greater than or equal to 20 line pairs per millimeter. This was the highest spatial resolution achieved by any digital radiography sensor tested. (Spatial resolution is a measure of an imaging technology’s ability to resolve detail.)
